June 19, 2004: News from Whistler, Canada
Hello dirt fans, Dirtsystems has set up an office at the world famous Whistler Bike Park in British Columbia, Canada. Tim C is working hard on getting our top quality Australian Made mountain bike clothing into retail outlets there while the rest of us at Dirtsystems keep pedalling our rings off here in OZ.

Any North American retailers wishing to get more information on Dirtsystems should contact dirty@dirtsystems.com.

In Other DS News, Dirtsystems' Tim C has taken out the win in Sport Men Downhill at The Sea Otter Classic in California! Tim C said he felt that his Long Sleeve Dirtsystems T-Shirt helped him fly down the "dusty, jumpy, pedal-fest of a course" to get to the bottom 1.2 seconds clear of second. Tim also said his DS hat looked great whilst keeping the sun at bay during those hot days and his DS beanie keep his scone warm during the cold nights on the Californian coast.

It was an Australian domination of the "gravity" races at Sea Otter, with Australians on every pro men's podium and Queensland's Mick Hannah winning the Downhill and Dual Slalom and just missed a win in the Mountain Cross. This was enough for "Sick Mick" to take out the overall Gravity Omnium gold medal. To see more about the Sea Otter Classic check out www.seaotterclassic.com.

Dirtsystems' Micala Jacobs has a new bike and has been training hard at the Whistler Bike Park. Micala can be seen riding in her Dirtsystems long and short sleeve T-shirts and hanging out, drinking beer after the ride in her Dirtsystems girls T.

Check out the new photos on the Media Page.

More news from Canada and from Dirtsystems soon.

January 19, 2004: News and photos of new stock added
Everything in DS land is moving along nicely with stock shifting from all outlets...so we must be doing something right eh?
DS is trying to organise some sort of sponsorship and corporate marquee at the Nationals at Eildon. If we do there'll be a BBQ and beers, so we expect people to be there. More news to follow.
We've added quality, professional standard, serious photos of the DS hats and beanies to the product section, so check them out.

November 24 2003: The gear is in

In fact, our girls tops, long sleeve ts and choc tshirts are all sold out. We've ordered another lot of stuff, so if you've missed out, hang in there. We didn't expect demand to be so good so soon!

October 10 2003: Victorian 4X Results

Sept 27 2003: Welcome
Welcome to the Dirtsystems website. We're an Australian company providing Australian made clothing to mountain bikers everywhere. We're starting off small with a range of tshirts, long sleeves and girls tanks that are equally wearable when you're riding or out on the town. When we design stuff and choose colours we try to balance what looks good as casual wear, and what is functional on the bike. This means something that will breathe in summer, and stuff that is not too dark so it gets hot.
In the near future you will see riding specific tops from us (i.e. mesh) as well as hoodies, windcheaters and jackets for guys and girls.

This website has been designed for ease of use. This means no bandwidth intensive animations and stuff, and a layout that is clean, clear, easy to look at and easy to navigate. You'll find our product range in the Product section, all video, photos etc in the Media section, news is located in the Home link, contact details is pretty easy to figure out, and the Stuff link contains links, reviews, Stencils i.e. everything and anything else.

Cheers, Tim C and Tim M
